To the whistleblowers and COMMUNITIES UNITED AGAINST POLICE BRUTALITY......GET A REALLY GOOD VIDEOCAMERA, TO FILM ALL THE EVENTS YOURSELF, SO THE PUBLIC CAN WATCH AND HEAR EVERYTHING, EVEN WHEN THE COUNCIL IS IN RECESS.   This would have provided more proof.   And I highly recommend that at least 2 people, continue to occupy city of Crystal meetings......so that no more shenanigans are allowed.   Also, get your local public access tv to broadcast your filmings and begin a talk show, similar to that which I started in 2012, to spread information wider.
