Councilor Loren Boyum is very against Little Falls becoming a TREE CITY because I suggested it a few years back. Jeff Tschida long term president of the Park, Rec and Tree board has stated numerous times, that it would be COST EFFECTIVE to be a tree city. Notice Boyum speaks of an Arbor Day as if it was the plague. What is wrong with this group? Can you tell?
