Notice it says that they are researching/interpretation City Attorney. Notice also that the complaint was lodged 5/29/14 so they decided to move all the decorations and illegal off premise Lindbergh Lions banners as well as the illegal Seasons Greetings huge sign that was mounted on the side of Lindbergh School for years(all in violation of the sign ordinance) to LeBourget Park on the west side of town. Problem is, they didn't do that legally either. Somebody(likely Greg Kimman) gave the Lions permission to install the decorations and all the signs BEFORE GETTING THE REQUIRED PERMISSION OF THE CITY COUNCIL.
