I have solid reasons to believe the driver of the pickup is Steve Bryniarski who lives on the west side in Little Falls, Mn.
I have solid reasons for believing Marty (the guy in the hooded swearshirt) is Jake Marty, who also lives in Little Falls.
This occured on 12-15-15, the same day that I was terrorized in my back alley by at least 4 females, including Brittney and Breanna Harnack, Rachel Bollin and likely Crystal Ann Boblett.
The British flag was stolen off my tree (on my property late afternoon or early evening.

I was told by an eyewitness, the name of the guy who jumps onto my van. His name was reported to LFPD officer Derrick Nagorski. I provided a copy of this exact video to them in 2015 asking them to find the criminal and charge him. They returned the video to me, and I believe they told me they were closing the case as they could not identify the guy. I wonder if they will investigate it properly now? I gave the guys name to Officer David Stevenson and Craig Seelen on 4-4-16 so they would give the name to officer Derrick Nagorski.(he works nights)

You can see their faces as they come across the street and if you listen closely you can hear them talking close to my van before the guy trespasses on my van. Then look even closer as the guy pulls his hoodie over his head, stands behind the van with the camera inside and jumps onto the hood of the van parked behind it. I wonder how many of the 300 or so local soldiers that did at least one tour in Iraq or Afghanistan, are suffering from this "burn pit syndrome" and will have birth defected children into the future. I wonder also, how many health problems have occured, due to Camp Ripleys' live fire bombing/explosives, continually spewed into Morrison County water, air and soil? And how many soldiers/civilian employees will get or have gotten cancers and other health problems from the many contaminants used regularly at beloved Cash Cow $$$Camp Ripley???

Notice toward the end of this video MPCA Riverine standards are changing and Little Falls(and other Mn cities) are trying to find a way around abiding by those new changes, by filing lawsuits against MPCA. Our EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) and MPCA were formed to protect our water. Period. Gordon Rosenmeier(Little Falls own) founded the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. It is deceitful for the city staff and council to suggest that drinking water quality may not improve by abiding by the new standards on discharge of sediments, phosphorus, nitrates and more into streams and the Mississippi. The reason for the new standards is that the Mississippi and other streams are dying!! Lake Pepin at the base of the Mississippi in Southeastern Minnesota, is in REAL trouble. It is everyones responsibility to protect our waters. This spring the entire watershed district in this area, will be monitored by the MPCA, finally. I will be part of that, in that I am a citizen stream monitor for Little Elk River(Creek) since last summer. You can be part too. Just contact the MPCA, they are in great need of more people to monitor streams, lake and rivers in Minnesota. Especially around here. Notice also at the end of the video, the discussion of the city staff doing work for the school district. This is the second project that city staff time, has been donated (on your nickel) to the school district. Greg Kimman says it will take an ENTIRE DAY for staff to accomplish this. What an outrage. Let the school pay for school projects. The ball field design was authorized by city council to be drafted by city staff in the future. Both of these school projects should have been paid for by the school district and ALL OF MORRISON COUNTY TAXPAYERS....not just Littlefallsians. The school wants to sell the property, and will likely make a profit. You would not see this type of activity in larger cities....it would be frowned upon and called out for what it is. MISUSE OF PUBLIC FUNDS. I see great hypocrisy and a double standard here. Jeremy Hanfler and others on the council griped about the humane society being given Little Falls tax dollars AND Morrison county tax dollars. He and others stated their objections to this double billing for the humane society. Now out of the other side of their mouth, they say it's ok for Little Falls taxpayers to solely foot the bill on TWO school district projects, that ALL Morrison county taxpayers should have paid for. This is not right. Your council is lawless, and passes these type of things, because THEY CAN. If you object to either of these votes, I suggest letting city staff and council know. Or you can call Nancy Hendricks, the school districts financial officer, and ask her if the school district paid the city for the assessments on 18th street.

Little Falls,Mn city council mtg 2-1-16. This should be on the citys website. Why isn't it? Ask Jon Radermacher at 320-616-5500. Ask him why city council doesn't allow work sessions to be recorded by local public access tv and broadcast on channel 180 Spectrum tv. Better yet....ask the mayor and your council representative for that answer. I know the correct answer: they want to do as much city business in the dark. They don't WANT the public knowing what'$ discussed at work sessions. Why else do you suppose city staff(Lori Kasella, finance administrator, didn't audiorecord the budget meetings. Clear enough for a gradeschooler to understand.
Notice council allows Jim Marrs, (who gave his public forum comment before me), to speak in the middle of the floor, not at the podium, where they require everyone else to speak. Again, these exceptions make this council look biased....because THEY ARE!!! He came to "pet their feathers" so they allowed him to continue his entire comment away from the podium. I wonder how I would be treated, were I to do the same? Maybe I will try that sometime.

A community discussion on Muslims In Minnesota was held at the St.Cloud public library on 1-28-16, with 4 Somali Muslims speaking on what their experience living in St. Cloud has been. A very important conversation that will need to expand to Little Falls and surrounding small towns, eventually as more Somali Muslims assimilate into the broader Minnesota society. I welcome them. These are my friends. Are they yours? If not, why not? Isn't that what Minnesota Nice and KINDNESS are all about?

THERESA SKORSETH AND I, HAVE BEEN THE LONE VOICES at city hall work sessions and council meetings, challenging city policies, and exercising our speech to oppose city hypocrisy in violating their own LAWS. We also have continuously proposed new innovative ideas for our community, and asked for equal time, following Camp Ripley Col. St. Sauvers annual Economic and Environmental briefing each spring. We were denied, because they don't want anyone to challenge their Ca$h Cow. Citys businesses glean approximately 3 MILLION every year from Camp Ripley. And that does NOT include all the salaries/pensions of local soldiers/veterans.
Council expects everyone else to discuss only "delivery of city services" related issues, but Camp Ripley is given an EXEMPTION. Camp Ripley has NOTHING TO DO WITH "delivery of city services".
Theresa and I are despised for our antiwar/social justice activism, by council, city staff AND the community....likely in part due to Camp Ripleys close proximity.(largest live fire exercise military training base in the Midwest, 7 miles north of Little Falls, Mn.)
Abrupt meeting 6-3-13 Little Falls Mn city council (my recording)IMPORTANT ....I wore my colorful outfit with hat/small signs on top in protest of the fact that Petitions were removed from council meetings just prior to the council meeting on June 3, 2013 and moved to the work session only, so they weren't videorecorded by CMAT public access television and played on public access tv.
CITIZEN APPEALS(where members of the public can address the council)
had been moved from public tv recorded council meetings, to the work session. There was no longer any way(other than attend the meetings in person) for the public to hear my ideas I was presenting to the council.
I believe ALL the changes of allowed speech, were made, because council/city staff, were trying to shut me up.
President Don Klinker even asked me to REMOVE my signs from council chambers to the hallway(only way to exercise free speech, besides colorful attire), the night of June 3, 2013 council meeting.
Reason: because they didn't EVER like the content of my speech,(starting in Fall of 2011, when I placed idea speech signs in my front yard), because I was challenging their encrusted orthodoxies and prejudices.
After the June 3rd meeting ended, while packing up my cameras and signs in the chambers), I commented to Theresa Skorseth, that since others had sat forward by invitation of President Don Klinker, so could WE at the next council meeting. Mike Crecji of CMAT TV was standing about 6 feet from us, heard me say that, and was likely still recording on city owned television recording equipment. I believe this is how the city knew that Theresa and I were going to sit in the same area as others were allowed to sit in, at tonights meeting.
What is ☆☆☆CRITICAL☆☆☆ is that NEVER BEFORE the June 7, 2013 council meeting, had the work session tables and chairs, ■■■ EVER BEEN REMOVED.■■■
So why DID the city remove them??????¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿
Maybe one day that

Important: At the June 7, 2013 meeting(scheduled for 9:30am, ONLY MORNING COUNCIL MEETING EVER, to my knowledge .....there was no Citizen Petitions because they had no work session(only time they had no work session prior to a council meeting, as far as I know) prior to this quickie meeting. So once again, NO WAY for the public to hear my ideas.(or any other citizen, should they have wanted to address the council)
At the June 3, 2013 abrupt meeting, they did not vote to pass the consent agenda(which included authorizing 2 large city owned banners to be erected on city owned property...the zoo and the golf course). They ILLEGALLY erected the zoo banner, on Wednesday June 5th, WITHOUT council authorization.(they authorized both banners on June 7, 2013......2 days AFTER they illegally erected the zoo banner. This VIOLATED THEIR OWN SIGN ORDINANCE again.
They also did not authorize paying the citys bills, on June 3, 2013 because the mayor abruptly ended the meeting BEFORE COUNCIL could perform it'$ necessary duties.

It was disturbing to learn from Lori Kasella, financial administrator, that the meeting where your tax dollars were discussed at back in late December, were not audio recorded. So unless you attended this public meeting on a weekday, you cannot know what was discussed. When I asked her for the audio, so I could record it, she said, "we don't have to record anything we don't want to." That to me is alarming. I wanted to record it and put it on this blog for public transparency. It is ABUNDANTLY CLEAR, that even under the new city administrator, we do not have full disclosure. What more important meeting to film than one involving MILLIONS OF DOLLARS OF OUR MONEY? This is exactly how govmints are ripped off by staff without public accountability. I don't know about you, but I am miffed. How can this be legal? Call city hall and complain. 320-616-5500....ask for Jon Radermacher city administrator. Leave a message if he doesn't answer. Let him know you are disgusted.
Watch all 3 parts to park mtg. How can sports be represented fairly at all in Little Falls when this is an ALL MALE BOARD.....NOT UNLIKE MOST OTHERS...NO DIVERSITY EITHER.
Our school system should be celebrating and educating on Martin Luther King and the current need for the BlackLivesMatter movement. Wonder why they don't.
