Bieganek Insurance....no sign permits

I don't know if they are compliant today or not.  Hope so.  Will have to check their file too.   Justin, Ron and Lois Bieganeks son, currently sits on the planning commission.  Hmmmm.

THEIR ILLEGAL SIGNS WERE ERECTED ON NOVEMBER 8, 2014 but they didn't receive a warning letter from Ben Oleson until Dec. 16, 2014....hmmmm.   See what's going on roun hea?
 
 
 
 

The latest .....MORE DIRT ON WALLER HOUSE....LOOK!!!!

Notice there are 8 proposed parking spaces, but
 two of them included are the Lundbergs garage spots, which are not for customers, but themselves.  See what's wrong with this picture.  They are mandated to have a minimum of 6 parking spots for their bed and breakfast rental rooms alone.  Their conditional use permit states this.  They have 6 rooms for rent. 
 
 
 
 
 
This is not the plan shown at the planning meeting a few weeks ago.  Why were they hiding this plan that was proposed by the Lundbergs?  This illegal event put them into non compliance of their permit.  Plus they have NEVER HAD THE REQUIRED OFF STREET PARKING.
 
A sign permit was approved for the Waller House when Gen and Jim Waller owned it, BUT HOW COULD THAT HAVE BEEN LEGALLY PASSED WHEN THEY WERE OPERATING AN ILLEGAL MOTEL IN A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT?  The bed and breakfast ordinance wasn't even enacted until 2013, years after the Wallers sold it to the Lundbergs. 
These are just some of the cars parked on one of the surrounding streets while they held their illegal event.  Every street within a one block area of Waller House was jam packed with cars from the attendees of this illegal Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours event.   Their conditional use permit only allows food customers between 8 am and 4 pm, but they held it anyway, risking their conditional use permit.  Now why would anyone with a brain risk this, unless they knew they could get by with it?

NOW WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?  Pine Country Bank is who got the city banking contract, even though it was NOT IN THE TAXPAYERS BEST INTEREST.  HIGHEST FEES AND LOWEST INTEREST. 

And now you can clearly see that some of their signs were not LEGAL OR PERMITTED EITHER.  They maybe aren't even compliant with the sign ordinance today.

Have to check their file, and then I will share that public information with you, the public.
The new sign ordinance was passed July 2, 2012.  Months after that date, Pine Country Bank was not properly permitted for signage.  Only their pylon sign was permitted....not the electronic message board or other signs.  This is unacceptable!!!!

LOCAL BUSINESSES WITHOUT PROPER sign PERMITS ...IS YOUR NAME ON THIS LIST? Are you compliant now?

Rest assured, I will be following up and checking the paper files to see who is compliant and who is not and I will be sure to share that with the public. 

Somebody's gotta do it.  Unless you check the files yourself, you will never know folks.

This is Denny's Floor Covering, I believe, and Denny Fjeld is the dad of the hand pickedMayors pride award recipient, Adam Fjeld.  Adams realtor(recently sold his house by the golf course) had an ILLEGAL OFF PREMISE SIGN AT THE CORNER OF EDGEWATER DRIVE AND GOLF ROAD, ALL WINTER LONG 2013.  That illegal sign was within a block from Councilor Loren Boyum and every police officer who checked on the golf course would have seen it and turned a blind eye, even though they were mandated by Chief Schirmers to pick up illegal off premise signs in the road right of way.

THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT....FISHING MUSEUM SIGN WAS ILLEGAL OFF PREMISE SIGN AND HUNG ON A DIFFERENT BUSINESS UNTIL SPRING OF 2013, WHEN IT WAS REPORTED AS ILLEGAL.  Ray Schulte currently sits on the planning commission.  See the problem here?

NONE OF THESE FOLKS UNDERSTAND HOW TO OPERATE ABOVE THE BOARD, AND WITHIN THEIR OWN STINKING LAWS. 
 
IF THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED AS COMMITTEE MEMBERS OF THE HPC, WHY WOULD ANYTHING THINK THEY SHOULD BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR TAXPAYER $$$$, doling out corporate business welfare like there is no tomorrow?
 
Pay close attention also to why Jerry Abraham(former public access tv manager) would have suggested taking  $$$$ from this group or any other connected to city government?

Under his contract with the city he was obligated to film individuals or groups at NO COST.  The city owns the public tv stations equipment.

Why is this important?  Because Gen Waller owned and operated an illegal hotel/motel in a residential zone in a HISTORIC HOME. 
 
No wonder many on the planning commission and city government turned a blind eye to her violation.
 
Waller House NEVER HAD ANY PERMIT UNTIL the Lundbergs bought it(years after they bought it).   So in other words folks, Gen Waller was one of the city's lawbreakers.

For all you Grinches out there****

Just to let all the naysayers know that people DO CARE WHAT I HAVE TO SAY.  The proof is in the numbers.   Since August 8, 2014 when I had only 587 pageviews during the previous year, the pageviews have risen to a WHOPPING 74,044 as of today.  Some days certain posts are getting almost 5000 pageviews.   I am not meaning to boast, only to tell all those who have said countless times, that nobody wants to hear what I have to say.   It's simply not true.   Here's to all the grinches out there.

RANDY AND CONNIE BJERKNESS CHRISTMAS display has caused quite a stir.  
 
Time to start a petition with about 550 signatures of residents of Little Falls to get rid of the ultra restrictive SIGN ORDINANCE.

St. Gabriels Hospital ...not a good neighbor...

Once again, the hospital is at it again.  Bound and determined to wreck the REQUIRED HEDGE THAT IS DIRECTLY BEHIND MY PROPERTY.  They have been told by the city to make sure to allow this hedge to grow so it creates the necessary barrier in back of my property.  It is a requirement of their conditional use permit....not an option.
