Morrison County Sheriffs Office and LFPD better be mighty careful. I have friends/law enforcement and lawyers in very high places, that are watching closely. Remember I was married to a high ranking law enforcement official for 20 years. I am part of that closeknit community because of it.
Little Falls, Mn BLATANTLY violates Mn Data Practice Act 13.01-13.99
In the same year(2018) PETA had to request a year after their first request Feb. 24, 2017,city refused to produce the PUBLIC data they had requested, city employee Kathy White took a telephone request (first one I have ever seen in this city)for data(violates city policy that states a data request form must be filled out in order to fulfill any data request) for a Sept.7,2018 planning meeting packet.
Talk about DIRTY. This is it.
They can't do this. I will be reporting this violation to the IPAD office in St. Paul on Monday July 8, 2019. This is really EGREGIOUS.
PETA can sue the city for this. And they now have proof their request was treated differently. I will also be contacting PETA lawyers, as I probably have the data they are searching for since I attended all the city meetings during the timeframe they are asking for.

Lenae and Dan Gilders home below. Violates the law 2 ways. Sign ordinance does not allow 3 signs on a residential property....Only 2. And the Relay for Life sign is in the public right of way. This is the 3rd time, they have violated the sign ordinance in the last few years. They know better. They feel they are above the law. I have reported them all 3 times and LFPD had to tell them to remove any illegal ones they had up.
Officers in this town should not have to return to the same residence more than once, to get sign ordinance compliance. Intersection of 6th St. SE and 5th Ave.SE.
Below, Charles Kapsner home at intersection of 9th St. SE and 5th Ave.S.E. clearly in the road right of way. How can I tell? Because any lightpole, stopsign or other roadway signs HAVE to be in the public right of way. This is NOT the first offense for them either. At least once before, maybe 2 other years, they had to remove the sign back onto their own property. They KNOW better.

All of the illegal Babies on Broadway, Ins Brokers of Mn, Dominos Pizza signs have now been removed. They were in 5 locations. Business owners and property owners need to read the Mn State statut, our sign ordinance 5.30 and follow it. There is no excuse for violations.

The meeting on Monday night 7-1-19 where the mayor has a melt down wasn't livestreamed at all and is nowhere to be found on the city website. Gee, I can't imagine why that is.
