This is the same yahoo that yelled a threat at me, in September 2015 about a month ago, from across the street by the Strack Attack 2 van. He said, "lady you better get a $50,000.00 life insurance policy cuz you aren't gonna make it past 90 days." That's a threat. By the way Tom, is it true, you are banned from St. Ottos?
My 2 questions about education of members is part of their mission and an illegal meeting that was held that Marcella Block board member was not sent a notice.

The above tape recordings are from 9-24-13 Little Falls Senior Center meeting where new bylaws were enacted to prevent recording devices at the center. What are they hiding? Plenty. Just like city council. Listen to all 3 of these to get a glimpse at the hostility these seniors have towards me. I will upload more shortly.
I asked the board to consider giving membership scholarships for poverty stricken seniors that could not afford the 10$ per year fee. It was met with hostility of course. And why didn't their hot shot parliamentarians(Paul and Jean Dennis) know that education of seniors is part of their mission? This is NOT an honest organization....and that is the opinion of many past board members and even a past president. As is typical for this area, NOTHING was done to CORRECT that situation. Instead, all the honest ones were driven out. I wonder just how much money is being skimmed by some involved with the money gathering? I question ALL those who remain connected with this center...especially the board members and the parliamentarians. Senior center members in Little Falls, Mn are some of the SPOOOOKIEST characters of all !!!!■■■■

Your city council discusses the Franklin billboard lease, (located on city property) at 51 minutes in. My public forum is at the beginning, where I warn them about it's legality. They never provided any background on this lease to the public, and should have. That's because they were doing something shadey again.
Remember, this is the same city that paid for, illegally erected and maintained the We Support Our Troops banner for more than 10 years. The city has also passed one unconstitutional sign ordinance right after another, until finally getting it right in 2013, after 11 attempts in more than a year. As I have said before, different faces, same clowns.
Now who WOULDN'T question everything this council does going forward......where are the people in the audience? Why am I one of very few who ever attend and many times the only resident attempting to keep them honest, when they have such a deplorable track history?
I published Jim Hilmersons public McRecord apology today 10-26-15. It included this.
We mutually agreed upon a plan to move forward, by Jim Hilmerson and myself. This apology is part of that plan. We both agree lots more civil dialogue is sorely needed in Little Falls and Morrison County. So far, not one other, of the offenders has ever contacted me to make amends.
10-12-15 This is astounding....Raquel Lundberg has gotten by for almost 2 years now since her CUP was granted in fall 2013, NOT providing the required 6 off street parking spaces for her 6 bedrooms available to rent, and 10 extra off street parking spaces for all of her tea by appt customers. City will bend over backwards, turn a blind eye, and EVEN change the law, to suit those they like. Others...not so much. Tammy Zimmerman had to appear in court for refusing to get a CUP and provide off street parking for her boutique customers at her home purchased for business purposes, on 3rd St. S.E. SHE had to pay a fine and got a year of probation for violating the law...but the WALLERS(original owners of Waller House B+B) got by violating the law for years because city staff and elected representatives turned a blind eye while THEY operated a motel in a residential zone where motel/hotels were NEVER allowed. Then Raquel and Scott Lundberg, got the city attorneys free legal help to create a new B+B ordinance that allows overnight room rentals in residential districts, and then the planning commission (with city attorneys guidance), created a loophole for serving food to their customers. Why doesn't the city just ALLOW businesses to operate with less restrictions in residential areas (as they do in Mpls/St.Paul)? The city got it right the first time the ordinance was developed because they had an expert for the president of planning commission.(Jean Meyers) But now, not one of the committee members even cracks the book, to understand zoning rules.
Here it is folks...listen and learn. Your city violated their own damn ordinance.....Toni Wetzel city attorney admits it. Chief Greg Schirmers volunteers to have his officers pick up signs found in the road right of way. August 7,2012...one month following the passage of new sign ordinance.

Here is todays Morrison County Commissioners planning mtg 10-12-15 where I urge them to put some teeth into the enforcement of Conditional Use Permits. Listen to their lame excuses for not having guidelines on enforcement in place. No wonder Wanda and countless others violate laws. Cuz they can. How come nobody else showed up? You let them by not pressuring your county elected and paid staff, to perform their jobs uniformly. No favoritism. I wonder how much money pa$$es under the table? Don't you?
Here are the Clearwater Kennel violations under Wanda Kretzmans name. Look at the laundry list of continuous violations that led to the formal complaint by the USDA for willfully violating the Animal Welfare Act. Who does this?
HOW MUCH WORSE DOES IT NEED TO GET BEFORE THIS TORTURE FACILITY IS SHUT DOWN?
LEAST anyone can do is NEVER NEVER BUY animals from a pet store and NEVER attend the Main Gate Bar and Grille again. This is the familys cash cow. Don't give them one damn dime of your money.
If you dare.....listen to Lawrence Wilkerson (republican and former Chief of Staff to Colin Powell, former Secretary of State under George W. Bush) speak on American EMPIRE......IF YOU DARE. Then forward it on to your Camp Ripley soldiers and employees. They need to hear it too. You and your rant group followers can pretend all you want. What your military is doing is recruiting terrorists AND making all Americans more UNSAFE AND HATED WORLDWIDE. This might just be toooooo spooooky for some.
