Thank you to Sarah Okroi, (who ran for my ward 1 last election), for stepping up for the disabled in our community. She deserves commendation for her addressing the council, urging them to keep our disabled safe and not leave them behind. Everyone has equal rights. Not just some. Listen to her public comment at the council meeting 6-21-21. She is the first speaker during the public forum comment time.
Will the council heed her warnings? I am not holding my breath.
