Little Falls Police Officer Jonathan West is impersonating Hunter Osbourne on Facebook. And he can be sued for stealing the REAL Hunter Osbournes identity. West should be worried.

(See policy below) And he's not alone....see who else is when you scoll down .....I believe this false portrayal of themselves is fraud....and exactly how police join militia groups without disclosing their real identity.  Come on Schirmers, do your job.

See Jon's facebook account is registered under his real name, not Hunter Osbourne.  So he is scamming facebook and it's readers.

Sanitizer Sally is Sauk Rapids police officer Katy Davis Lund, who was engaged to Jon West in the recent past. She is an imposter on Facebook too. And that likely violates the Sauk Rapids Police Dept. social media policy.   Katy and Jon had relationship issues related to Jon's alcohol use, and accusations of cheating, according to police incident reports.....see below....

Katy's mom was a civilian dispatcher(deceased).

Who is Dawna Czeck? Jon West's present live in girlfriend. And the daughter of Deb White of White's Home Center

 in downtown Little Falls.  Dawna's maiden name is White. ......see below....

Butch Zimmerman is Jon West's dad.

His mom is Kim West(deceased).....see police report below.....

Who is Melanie Rose? Jon West's ex-wife and the mother of his child. (See police reports above) and her Facebook page and posts below...  Jon West sure has had a lot of women in his life in the last few years. Makes me wonder if he is a cheater?  

And what happened to Jon West's real Facebook page? Not sure who this Jon West is, but is suspicious.

Well.....Little Falls Police Officer Rick Heurung violated the social media policy of the department, so he changed the spelling of his name and created a new imposter Facebook account. So once again, Rick Heurung is likely in violation of the social media policy of the LFPD.  He was before when I put his posts on my blog. See Below.....

See link below, on Rick Heurung and Jon West police misconduct. Jon has a history of clocking in early to LFPD when he was not even in the city limits, speeding along the way, (Royalton Police Dept. clocked him exceeding speed limit there) and now we know that the Sartell police dept. has clocked Jon speeding down there on his way to work up here.  Jon also took a deer kill to his dad Butch Zimmerman who lives west of Little Falls, hauled it in the squad car trunk and did not return until 2 hours later. Later he was seen cleaning his squad car trunk at Oakland Cemetery.  I suspect it was because he was trying to cover the evidence  he had hauled that deer in the squad car trunk.  

   Rick Heurung's squad car video clocked him doing over 90 miles an hour in the northeast end of Little Falls, without his lights or siren activated.   Talk about tupid.  If either would have hit a pedestrian or caused a crash, taxpayers would have had to foot the bill for their incompetence.  It doesn't take a rocket scientist to follow rules.  But it does require a Jiminy Cricket.   These 2 clowns have NONE.  Absolutely no conscience.  Or they wouldn't have done what they did. Belligerent schoolboys.

So I filed 2 complaints on Jon West and one on Rick Heurung. Chief Schirmers decided they are all unsustained, even though I provided ample evidence. See below.....

And I let all city councilors, mayor and city administrstor know months ago.
