Little Falls, Mn BANS FREE SPEECH 4-6-20. Grand Marais, Mn ENCOURAGES it.

The last Little Falls, Mn council work session was livestreamed videotaped AFTER the public forum comment time.  So I asked city administrator Jon Radermacher who instructed him to begin filming AFTER the public comment time ended and he stated....see picture below of email correspondence

Don't you wonder why?  Why don't they want the public hearing public comments? 

I think I know.

This stupid move may cost the city plenty.
