Little Falls, Mn work session 2-3-20

Sorry for the blank screen. I did not attend the meeting but recorded the audio off the city's small audiorecorder 2-6-20 so the public would know what was discussed at this meeting.  Frank Gosiak's public art(that was funded by a grant to attract walking traffic in the downtown area) was disallowed to be hung by city crews on the side of the GRAA building, due to "challenges". Of course not.  City employees cannot install anything on private property.  What were they thinking?  Seems they weren't thinking.  Again. Listen to that at 16 minutes in.  I bet the criteria of the grant that was given, was not fulfilled.

Also the city finance officer Lori Kasella states that 30k from the general fund, was funneled into the golf fund to cover the deficit, as the city owned golf course is in the red again. I has never operated at a profit or in the black.  Never.  Taxpayer funded "cheap golf for the rich."  Good ol white boys hoarding thieves are at it again.
