Just imagine if Coborns, Walmart, Walgreens or Aldi callously piled snow 10 feet high in THEIR handicapped accessible parking spaces.
All pictures taken 2-6-20
Here is the video I made of the plowed handicapped spaces....https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1543390295801049&id=100003902793944&sfnsn=mo&d=n&vh=i
The city got the handicapped spots plowed on Monday 2-10-20 because of my request and copying the Mn council on disabilities and the governors group on disabilities.See my video with I made last night about this. 2-10-20 on my way to the ADA Transition Plan for public rights of way only meeting. I found out today that their transition plan violates the ADA.

Maple Island Park is open year round, the trails are swept and hundreds of people use this park on a regular basis.
What makes the city think they are above the law and can blatantly violate the rights of the disabled?
Call city hall and let them know how you feel about this. 320-616-5500
The new dogpark built in 2019, has NO handicapped parking space. What an outrage.
I reported this to McRecord's news editor Terry Lehrke. I will proceed to calling the police next. Then the ADA, the Governor's Council on Disabilities and the Minnesota Department of Human Rights.
Here is the city of Little Falls ADA Transition plan for public rights of way only. I believe in sunlight, and I put in the effort to prove it. The city does NOT. And they're getting paid, they have an obligation to be completely transparent. But they're not......ever.
The above clause VIOLATES THE ADA. The ADA told me that today 2-11-20.
And here is my Facebook live video of the meeting last night on ADA Transition Plan.
