If I were a betting woman, I'd lay money on Gardner. There are FAR more decent folks in Willmar and Kandiyohi County, than there are redneck hick bigots. Unlike Morrison County.

There are also better planners/staff at the city/county level. They put this area to shame. And their economic status is upwards, because of it. They are attracting the workers of tomorrow. Unlike here.
