 Remember this face next time you see her at meetings. Susy Prosapio is the primary face of local opportunity hoarding.  Remember she snagged the last 43k of federal dollars that was intended for the Buckman senior living facility downtown Little Falls. She has no scruples....neither do her buddies Mayor Greg Zylka, councilor Raquel Lundberg, CVB head Kris VonBerg. Carol Anderson, and many others. All they care about is fleecing you, to feather their own nests.

Anybody  who can't make it in businesss without taxpayer welfare handouts, should work for someone who can. 

If there are going to be exceptions to this, they need to be below the poverty line, IN ORDER TO QUALIFY.

Imagine Susy at the head of the line for food stamps at Morrison County Social Service?
