I bet the entire east end of town is gonna stink, when the plant is operational. Betcha.
Remember the mayor said when be ws there on a 90 degree day there wasn't much odor. Who do you believe?
If you don't want your town to stink(more than it already does), get to the public hearing on December 17th at 7:30pm and use your 2 minutes of speech twice, to oppose this. Or send your letter to city hall well in advance of the meeting. Letters for and against, must be read and entered into the minutes. 320-616-5500
Sure looks to me like Barret Petfoods Innovation was a cherry picked project. I wonder who's pulling the strings? I have a clue which couple has been guiding them. More on this soon.
Course it doesn't hurt to have the mayor Greg Zylka, president of Economic Develoment Association.....nominate his "yes man" Jeremy Hanfler (rejected by voters and ousted during the Nov.6th election)......to the EDA board who wants to give out THOUSANDS of taxpayer funded welfare grant money to Barret.... and even a TIF district.(tax increment finance district).
And I want to know how come the school board members did not know about the land swap between the school, city and soon to be sold to Barret.....all so that the school district can get out of paying their assessments on the 52 acre parcel they own, in the Hole in the Day industrial park?
Show up for the public hearing for the TIF district on December 17th. Watch the paper McRecord for time.
It'$ YOUR MONEY PEOPLE. Not theirs to squandor unless you let em.
Does Debra Bultnick have anything to do with Barret Petfoods being cherry picked?
