Roach senior blasts public for BS and lies about DesRosier Drive 4plex housing complex 11-14-16

This is the 2nd of 4 parts of video from last nights Little Falls, Mn public hearings on Mike Roach variance and amendments to 11.03 and 11.04 ordinance.

Listen especially at 7:15 minutes in to hear Roach senior give update on his housing complex on DesRosier Drive. My comments follow his. Becky and Aaron Olson were given a permit to build a 6 foot high front yard fence that violates the height and set backs of fences/siteline obstructions on a corner lot at 5th Ave.SE and 2nd St. SE.  Since April when Ben Oleson(zoning administrator) signed their permit, it has been in violation of current law and is a danger to motorists, pedestrians and bicyclists at that intersection.
