CITY IS IN DEEP DOODOO AGAIN. Thank your mayor, councilors, city staff and city attorney again. They just keep messing up.
......Cliff Doucette and Mark from the Pine Ave. And Mississippi Blvd. Area and entire neighborhood are upset about a forest of pine trees cut down behind Earl LeMieurs junkyard, to the east side of the soccer fields. I wonder if Cliff and Mark are aware that CITY STAFF developed the ballfield complex plan....on city time paid for by taxpayer dollars....which the school district SHOULD HAVE PAID FOR. City staff should not be using their time to develop school projects. Problem is that City of Little Falls, Mn has a contract WITH community education. Big question is WHO owns the land, city or school. I doubt if the school demolished the forest ...more likely city public works employees, under Greg Kimmans leadership. I don't know that, but someone should find out. You can thank your city staff for planning the sports complex, which likely includes the removal of the pine forest trees, that USED TO HIDE Earl LeMieurs likely ILLEGAL junkyard. All cars stored within city limits must be licensed and DRIVABLE, or else they must be stored inside or behind a fence and declared a junkyard. You can also expect city atty Toni Wetzel to work on behalf of Earl LeMieur, to help him with this dilema he'$ in. After all, Toni Wetzel helped Jerry Retka, develop a legal way to store his junk cars on his private property. Cost the neighbor THOUSANDS to whip them into compliance and get a movable curtain to hide the mess. Took years to accomplish this. Good luck fighting city on this one. Remember, elections are in November. Oust the clowns.....ALL OF THEM. First graders could do better. At least first graders would NOT vote against the Constitution. Because first graders are not part of the "opportunity hoarding, Go-along-to-get-along-GANG." "City of Clowns" in a "Constitution free zone."
