Little Falls, Mn city council highlights 1-4-21
Highlights are at 32:27 council president nominations....Raquel Lundberg is nominated by Leif Hanson, but the group is reluctant to vote in public, so she rescinds her acceptance of the nomination. Mayor Greg Zylka actually suggests discussing all of this is private at a retreat, but the city lawyer tells them they may not do that. All votes in an online meeting, require a roll call vote. Thank heavens for that, or who knows what kind of nonsence they'd get into.
At 38 minutes Leif Hanson is nominated and elected vice president.
At 55 minutes in is the discussion led by Lori Kasella, finance director on hiring a financial assistant to help her.
Morale is a big part of the decision to hire this staffer.

Kenneth and Michele Rosha BLUE LIVES MATTER.... 8 flags erected in violation of Little Falls, Mn sign ordinance 5.30
The picture below was taken 1-5-20. The city sign ordinance allows for a maxium of 2 flags per private residential property. Kenneth and Michele Rosha, owners of 724 Second Street Southeast, are way over by erecting 8. Michele works at St. Gabriels Hospital I believe. I sent a letter of complaint to the city administrator Jon Radermacher and Greg Kimman Director of Public Works. The zoning administrator, Darrin Welle, does not have a direct email address connected with our city's business. At least we all know who the real rebels in Little Falls are now. I believe they have erected these signs just in the last few days, as a show of support for Donald's Stop the Steal event in Washington, DC today 1-6-20.

Morrison County GOP guilty of advertising Pierz superspreader
Why in the heck would a political organization advertise an event/parade/gathering that violated Mn Governor's covid19 orders? Help me understand. This was blatantly reckless. The local Repubs need to be identified guilty for burdening our local hospital, healthcare workers, ambulance services, say nothing of dozens of covid deaths. Mandy Heffron and her fellow Rethugs are a stain on this county. Unfortunately for humanity sake, these types are the majority here. Their actions endanger everyone.
The Pierz, Mn city council and mayor should be recalled because they approved this event. How much more insane can these local radicalized rightwing Trump worshippers get? Seriously, this was a criminal decision to allow or promote this event.
Republicans everywhere will be remembered as the "superspreader party" that they are.

Little Falls, Mn council items you should know about.
The Dowco building is owned by the city. It was rented to Barrett Petfood Innovations this past spring/summer 2020.
Where they bad renters? Why would the city have to clean up the building, if the last tenants left it in clean condition?
Interesting to note the 50 hours of overtime, bi-weekly, is one of the reasons given, to add a financial assistant staff.
Lori Kasella is the financial administrator. She is often at city hall after business hours, all by herself, working on the city books. Hmmmm. (Think Margurite Cofell...she did the same thing, and more...behind bars currently). The overtime hours are likely hers. There is not enough oversight with our tax money, with only one hand in the pot. Notice the other reasons given for the added position. Morale?? I have heard from numerous sources that the mayor's wife Wendy Zylka and Lori Kasella are difficult to work with. I bet. They're not pleasant to deal with as a customer, either.
Another Engineer aide position added as well.
Becky and Aaron Olson's UPDATED... ILLEGAL campaign sign and Trump flag
I guess some people believe they are above the law. Aaron and Becky Olson have always been heavily involved in the Morrison County Republican Party. Becky was the president, some years back. What is going on here? I have complained twice now to the city, and I am aware another individual did as well. Do you suppose it's because Aaron and Jon Radermacher are in the Kiwanis together? Or that the Olson's run the the local Kinship program(that is, I believe, in part, funded by Mn Dept of Transportation taxpayer funds)??

All campaign signs, flags, billboards, etc must be removed within 10 days after a general election. It's state law. Olson's are well aware. Mandy Heffron is the current Morr. Cty. Republicans. She gave a heads up to everyone about signs needing to be down by Nov. 13th.
Maybe she will insist Olson's remove them.....or risk a bigger black eye for the local GOP.

As you know, I am for elimination of the sign ordinance. Why not let businesses and residents put up whatever they want for signage. But since the city insists on having one, uniform enforcement is mandatory. If you follow my blog, you are well aware that Beer Bellys bar has been out of compliance, numerous times. They had an illegally erected outdoor electronic sign in back for years. It has been taken down, but they have recently erected all kinds of large banners on the front and back, that put them way over their legal limit. Let's see how long it takes for the city to get these removed. Earl LeMieur owns the building.

Terry Lehrke "unbiased reporter" ....Cory Schilling arrested for domestic assault, Jesse Witucki(Tim Witucki's son) repeat criminals
Let's watch and see if Terry Lehrke really is, an unbiased reporter... since she wrote the article on the religious hands drawing in 2012. Cory Schilling, what a schmuck.
I bet she doesn't report (or publish any other reporters information, on either of these two local repeat criminals.
And YES, the hands drawing WAS unconstititional, that's why it no longer hangs in the city owned Carnegie Library. So much for their knowledge of the Constitution. It took three letters from a legal group, (years after council approved it's acceptance) to get the city administrator to comply.
It is no coincidence that the local darling criminals never make the Morrison County Record. Not only do local police use selective enforcement, but the Record(and Terry Lehrke) are guilty as hell of selective reporting. There is also rampant selective prosecution by county attorney Brian Middendorf's office.
None of this is acceptable.
Watch your paper......bet there's never a word about these 2 scoundrels.

Crystal Ann Boblett cited for shoplifting at Walmart
If you will recall, in 2015 Crystal Ann Boblett was one of the girls in the black SUV in my back alley that fired a gun at me and one of them threatened they were going to come back and kill me, as they drove away. She, Rachel Bollin, Breanna and Brittney Harnack were also in the vehicle.
I am not surprised that she's a criminal thief.
Most of the people that have threatened me, stolen from me, or written untrue things about me, turn out to be crooks or drug addicts.

If you see any campaign signs or flags anywhere, please report them to MnDOT. city of Little Falls, or Morrison County administrator, depending on their location. None are legal 10 days after the election and any in the road right of way are a traffic hazard. It is a misdemeanor.
