OH OH. Rick Heurung LFPD

 Look at the LFPD social media policy and notice it appears Officer Rick Heurung is in violation of that policy. He has no disclaimer on his PUBLIC Facebook page, but has photos of himself, in uniform on his Facebook profile.

In my humble opinion as a former law enforcement spouse, NONE of these posts are appropriate on a LFPD officers Facebook page, with or without the MANDATED disclaimer.  I wonder if Officer Heurung thinks his posts highlighting heavy emphasis on binge drinking is an appropriate message to be conveying to his own teenage (newly licensed daughter) or the local teens? Morrison County has a huge teen drinking problem and a Stand Up For You coalition attempting to curb
teen alcohol consumption. Rick you are setting a VERY poor example and EMBARASSING your employer(the city of Little Falls).

 Leif Hanson is a city councilor. How come HE is not aware of the LFPD policies and procedures and this obvious violation? Does Leif Hanson think the posts on  this city police officers Facebook page are acceptable? You don't suppose Leif and Rick are Red Bull Camp Ripley buddies do you?

This appears to have been a hate crime.  12-25-15 Pretty obvious he is filled with hate for African Americans and appears to have ties to AB(Aryan Brotherhood)...he tells the officer to look up AB online. It is the oldest white supremist prison gang and a national crime syndicate. AB, The Brand, Alice Baker or One-Two is the largest and deadliest prison gang with an estimated 20,000 members in prison or on the streets. The AB participates in drug trafficking, male prostitution rings, murder for hire, armed robbery, gun running, methamphetamine manufacture, heroine sales, counterfitting and identity theft.

This is the film I made on Christmas Day evening, at my legal display in Veterans Memorial Park in Little Falls, Mn. The sign Craig Van Brickey ripped down said "Who would Jesus bomb." Interesting that Alan Brickey (who I believe is his  relative and may live with) retired from General Automics making MQ-1 predator drones.

Looks like Craig and another male were drunk by noon on Christmas Day. This event is what the officer was questioning Craig on while he was enroute to detox. The officer was following up on this call.

Little Falls city council 1-4-16 no work session, just an organizational meeting.

Councilor Loren Boyum is very against Little Falls becoming a TREE CITY because I suggested it a few years back.  Jeff Tschida long term president of the Park, Rec and Tree board has stated numerous times, that it would be COST EFFECTIVE to be a tree city.  Notice Boyum speaks of an Arbor Day as if it was the plague.  What is wrong with this group?  Can you tell?

He will have a hearing in January 2016, and I will be asking for restitution for the damage he caused on Christmas Day evening.  I will post an update after the hearing.

Darrell Allord is of course the brother of Darwin J. Allord who made the online threat(Morrison County Record Facebook comments thread) "Why not just pull a Gordie and shoot her? It worked last time."  This of course is in reference to the shooting dead by 3 law enforcement officers,  of Gordon Wheeler, at the Morrison County Courthouse, some years back.  Sure sounded to me like Darwin was trying to incite/invite the local cops to shoot me dead.
