"Un-KIND" zoning law change. Little Falls to revise ENTIRE ZONING CODE 5-15-17

This TOPS THE CAKE for the most "UN-KIND" law change, the city has taken, to date. This is absurd, and will negatively affect countless residents, going forward. There is no excuse for this.

This means anyone can deliver construction supplies whenever they want. ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT AND DAY, in residential or business districts. So when you get woke up at 3:30am(as I did during the St. Gabriels Hospital 2 million dollar expansion),  you will have no recourse.

This any HUNDREDS of other zoning changes will likely be voted in by YOUR council 5-15-17. You can look at the 5-15-17 city council packet on the Little Falls city website.

I hope I am not the only one who has scoured this document.

They are even deleting the screening requirement, for if a commercial entity builds or expands a parking lot  next to a residence. This is totally unacceptable. Talk about a slap in the face to the taxpayers/homeowners.
