Councilor Greg Zylka, Jeremy Hanfler and Frank Gosiak, ALL refused to object as I was being illeglly arrested at city hall in 2013. They were pleased and laughing, as I was being escorted out, (for demanding to sit in the same spot as the former mayors hubby and mommy in law and 4 others sat in, just 4 days prior.) Instead of being seated behind the dais, all 3 of these clowns should have been in grade school. They missed the part about civil/human rights, say NOTHING of the Constitution. The Mn Supreme Court DEMOLISHED the statute on disorderly conduct at public meetings because it was BLATANTLY unConstitutional.

I was right and they were WRONG. Remember that. And they are still at it.

Zylka cares about his political resume, not about ALL of his constituents. Just some...... the "go along to get along" club, is his top priority.

His campaign manager, Susy Prospio, (wife of Dr. Phil Prospio,) was appointed by Greg, soon after he became mayor, to the Historic Preservation Committee. Susy just sucked up the last 43K to fix the roof on her latest historic building purchase, to fix it's roof. The money was given to the city from the federal government to preserve the Buckman Senior Congregate building. Let that stick in your craw. It was her 3rd building that she applied for and got taxpayer funded welfare grants(EDA) to repair her buildings. Pathetic.

This will CEASE when I am mayor.

Councilor Jerry Knaflas church, Zion Lutheran gets a free pass? STILL IN VIOLATION 10-2-18

The picture above was taken on Tuesday Oct. 2, 2018.....you can see the streetlights are installed now right in the road right of way and RIGHT IN LINE WITH THIS VERY illegal pop can cage owned by Zion Lutheran Church. This is obvious SELECTIVE enforcement of the ordinances.

 Notice  above how those big concrete round footings are right in line with this illegal metal pop can cage....those are for streetlight poles that will be installed soon. They are ON city public right of way... and so is the cage.

 Notice the sewer drain right below the cage on the street.....that's for the water from the sloped concrete pad that Zion Lutheran's illegal pop can cage is placed on and is definitely an impediment to stormwater runoff.  Somebody at city hall has a lot of nerve allowing this, even AFTER a formal complaint was lodged. You don't suppose Greg Kimman(public works director/city engineer)attends Zion Lutheran too, do you?

 This is similar to a couple years back when Alderman Brad Hircock had a garage sale at his home and had illegal garage sale signs ATTACHED to  a stopsign at the intersection of Haven Road and Riverwood Drive, and others in different locations...all illegal. Instead of the bike and the sign being removed by Officer Rick Heurung, he drove to Hircocks home to talk to them. The signs were never removed that day. It was favoritism.....aka selective enforcement.....also illegal. Chief Schirmers was recorded at a public meeting, (just before this incident) saying his officers would pick up illegal signs in the road right of way and take them to the police department.

Voters pay attention. Do you want corruption to continue?

Jeremy Hanfler(president of council) is not attending.

 Wonder why Jeremy is not attending.  Has he no vision? Has he no top priority? Has he no ideas how service clubs can assist in improving and advancing our community? Or is he simply not interested.... period. In my opinion it is because he is shaking in his boots. He has never had a challenger and is worried.  Frankly, this is the guy who is outright rude to many people who attend council and other meetings and who wish to speak. He should not be president of council, or on the Equalization Board, Planning Commission or be one of 3 people deciding who/what gets on council agenda. He is an embarrassment to this city.  He should never have been gifted the election to represent ward 3, ever. He only got in because he had no challenger. Now his fancy truck payment is in jeopardy. Oh oh. If there is one person on council who's apt to get the city sued again, it'$ this guy. Filled with bias and doesn't care if what he says, puts the city at risk again. Cares nothing about the Constitution, let alone obey it.

Here's the problem. The hospital is NOT A PUBLIC HOSPITAL.  It is  privately run business and vacation of the PUBLIC right of way, WAS done for a PRIVATE USE.....just as I stated. Evidently Greg Kimman doesn't get it.  He also incorrectly states that the parking lot on 3rd street (which is clearly part of this expansions) falls under different rules. No it doesn't. He us manipulating the truth. Read it for yourself below...

How is it possible this could happen? The ONLY sidewalk to enter the front side of the clinic and the hospital, from off of First Street SE( the front of both)is ONLY 33 feet ■■■ from the edge of helicopter landing pad.  WHAT ¿¿¿¿

Before the council voted last night to approve this proposed CHI hospital expansion, I urged them to consider a "continuance" for the conditional use permit, since all of the required information had not yet been included or available for the public to view. They would then have had time to notice this HUGE ERROR.

They voted UNANIMOUSLY to pass the CUP anyway, ignoring my plea.

The new city attorney Flaherty and Hood has it's first challenge.....figuring out what to do now.

I was told by the architect that the hospital intends to store the construction materials in one of their required off street parking lots. (Roping off the parking lot behind my garages and directly to the west of the clinic entrance).  But guess what.....there's an ordinance against that too. See below. Am I the only one that reads this stuff? Sure seems like it.

But since the hospital rented some parking from the Franciscan Sisters, maybe that alleviates the problem.
