Did the city council make another "Support the Troops" banner mistake?   Time will tell.  Your city council enacted an UNCONSTITUTIONAL SIGN ORDINANCE and then amended it incorrectly, making the amendments UNCONSTITUTIONAL also.  They are hell bent on paving the way for another First Amendment legal challenge. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cable Tv Little Falls CMAT city cable mtg 10-21-15

What? No contract with Charter Communications?  Why on earth would the city council choose to let the contract expire? What's wrong with these clowns?(and I am not talking about Chris the station mgr....he has nothing to do with contract....that's all on the city) 10-21-15 Chris is doing an excellent job.

Dirty water Morrison County

Spring 2016 the MPCA is going to begin monitoring this entire watershed.....then we will know how much fecal choliform, nitrates, phosphorus and other toxins are in these waters.

All of the above picures are of Little Elk River, by Randall, Mn the Dove Road Bridge 10-22-15 at 1:50pm ....water has more algae, water level is lower and more particles in the water sample today. Reading of secchi tube similar to last week.

The pictures below are of Little Elk River on the Grouse Road bridge north of Little Falls. This is the same river I monitor by Randall, just before it dumps unfiltered into the Mississippi across from the Covenant church.

The above picture is 

the drainage ditch owned by Morrison County that City of Little Falls has a permanent easement and is charged with maintaining. It runs through the entire West Side Industrial park.....then dumps into the Mississippi unfiltered on the north side of the railroad tracks by Larson Boat factory. At the corner of 13th Ave NW and 8th St.NW this water is really smelly/foul odor and has an oil sheen appearance with alot of rust sediment.

I think you should consider parking the Strack Attack 2 van in the parking lot of the Little Falls Senior Center. 10-22-15

 You would likely get ALOT MORE SIGNATURES and probably more profane comments than the young folks that are on the wrong side of history posted.  You also a friend suggested you  consider moving it to Washington, DC after Hillary is elected.  I do not support, nor will I vote for any of the leading presidential candidates.

 These pics,are from 9-22-15+9-23-15 see the progression of signatures. This is all part of Little Falls history. I wonder how many of these folks will be judged harshly for not doing their research on the facts?

 I am on the right side of history on all the viewpoints they are all sick of....INCLUDING but not limited to, having the good sense to oppose and vehemently protest the illegal invasion of Iraq from BEFORE it'$  implementation, standing in solidarity with the BlackLivesMatter group, loudly speaking out against the "Disposition Matrix" illegal drone assasination program of President Obama, and being very opposed to amerikas military industrial complex Full Spectrum Dominance throughout the world, and this nations obvious shift towards blatant fascism.
