There's something rotten in Morrison County alright.  I wonder if church affiliation, (Hope Assembly of God) in particular, were entered in this analysis, what it would show.

County Attorney Brian Middendorf DECLINED PROSECUTION of ARSON and OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE on Charlie Peterka, (even though Charlie admitted to a police officer and nursing staff at St. Gabriel's hospital), lighting the fire for insurance purposes. In other words....Charlie intended to set his business Charlie's Pizza ablaze and then file an insurance claim to collect the money.
