 I wonder why their oath does not include "upholding the LFPD policies and procedures" as alot of other law enforcement agencies, and even "boiler plate"examples of police officer oaths do?

 Wonder what constitutes a "reasonable" amount of "traffic contacts per shift?"  This smacks of "QUOTA" to me. (See below inder performance standards)
