This is the local clown that has no idea that signs in the public right of way, are ALWAYS illegal.....Little Falls city council and law enforcement NEVER enforced it. Just like they don't enforce all the ILLEGAL ATVs, golf carts and other unlicensed vehicles on our streets.
What a BUFFOON!
