I have a hunch the city can be sued for discrimination against any disabled individual who has been treated differently, because of their disability status.

Shame on our staff and leaders for this gigantic blunder. Call 320-616-5500 and express your outrage that only one side of 3rd street southeast residents will have sidewalk access. What on earth are they thinking?
