As promised, here is the police report. I figured it was Charlie who called police.

 Now Morrison County Social Service is involved, which could mean taxpayers are having to foot the bills.

 So was Charlie  driving while drunk? Betcha Jon Marie Hansmann knows. 14179  180th Street, Little Falls, is likely  too far for him to have walked.
