No required demolition or building permit, and they tore down a building that had PUBLIC HPC dollars in it.  Community, your local govmint is not operating correctly or within the law.  This is just WRONG.   See Historic Preservation funds( public taxpayer money) are loaned to businesses and they must be paid back under a legal contract with the city.
