You can expect info on all of these data requests after I get them back.  I will also be exposing how long each of my data requests takes for city to answer them.  City drags their feet on purpose, as they know I share this info with the public and THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO KNOW.

Data Requests 7-23-15

I have decided to show what data I am requesting, so the public can anticipate what public information I will have at some time in the future.  Stay tuned. City doesn't like giving the information I seek, as they know I share it far and wide.  Typically, they stall as long as possible.  The longer they take, the more I will dig.  I probably have in my possession the largest city data accumulation and records, outside of the city itself.  A library of information.  I will be very creative utilizing it all, well into the future.

ROACH DEVELOPMENT PASSES Full city council meeting Little Falls Mn. and work session video and 7-20-15 Roach development and Franklin billboard on city property

7-20-15 Listen for yourself, as the city discusses the Franklin billboard lease renewal, but they do NOT have a public copy of that contract for public inspection on the table.   Public business, must be public for all to see.  Your council is great at hiding anything and everything possible, if they think they can get by with it.   This is par for the course here in the City of Clowns.  Sad and embarrassing how local city government operates.  Council meeting soon to be uploaded...watch for it.

Listen to the discussion on the Roach development to build fourplexes instead of duplexes on 8.8 acres.  I believe Bruce Smith will be filing a lawsuit in Mpls. today or real soon.   City was warned. That's what the Demand for removal of consideration, that was filed with city attorney Toni Wetzel did.  Lawless council feels they are above the law in every possible way.  How many more lawsuits will it take to get honest "above the board" govmint?  Time will tell.

TONIGHT......be there...6pm sharp, all DesRosier neighbors of the proposed Roach plan.

It's your last chance to speak out against the proposed Roach development plan to install 4plexes in your neighborhood.  6pm sharp. 7-20-15. You each get 3 minutes of public forum comment, where they cannot interrupt you.  I suggest you all  show up, pack the chamber, let them know you are strongly opposed.

Let's turn it around people.  Little Falls can be a city where free speech is valued AND heard.  Just to add, only a small amount of affected neighbors attended last night's council meeting, and only Bill Anderson and one other gentleman rose to speak in opposition to the Roach development during the public forum comment time.  This is too bad, because that could have had an effect on the councils decision.

Making exceptions: Planning Commission DesRosier

Take a look...here in 2011 Jeremy Hanfler makes the morion to TABLE a conditional use permit for Zion Lutheran church because it is an INCOMPLETE APPLICATION.

Roachs application was presented inaccurate and incomplete in 3 ways.  Their design for exits onto DesRosier showed 2 exits, not one(all that is allowed), they didn't include a date the proposal was voted down by council, AND they did not show a location of proposed signage(required on the planning commission checklist). The above info is from the Roach proposed housing development on DesRosier Drive, that your city attorney and staff have decided to put on the upcoming Little Falls, Mn. city council meeting on Monday, July 20, 2015.  W

ork session starts at 6pm sharp.

I strongly suggest that all residents who are opposed to the Roach development, give a public forum comment or 3 minutes or less.  This is the best time to let the council know your feelings.  Public comments begin at 6pm.  Be there.  Show up.  Speak out.


Now there is most certainly an EXCEPTION being made for the Roachs, but NOT Zion Lutheran.  When there are exceptions, that means favoritism or in other words, unfair, non-consistent enforcement or decisions.

I had to reload all three of these parts, because they would not upload in two parts(as I had recorded them).  Sorry for the delay.  Listen as Bruce Smiths attorney LuAnn Petricka says they hope it doesn't have to come to litigation, but she has been retained to litigate, if necessary.  Little Falls Minnesota Planning Commission public hearing 7-13-15.  Clearly this is a botched project, that has had considerable influence by city staff and council members.  Lori Kasella, (city finance officer and former co-city administrator), is, I believe good friends with the Colombes whose property this was before Roachs purchased it.  Colombes and Lori Kasella attend Belle Prairie Church, I believe.  Is it possible that Lori may have known about the upcoming sale, and shared this info with Greg Kimman, public works director and or Ben Oleson zoning administrator? Could this be why the DesRosier street improvements were STAFF INITIATED?  Did councilors or staff know ahead of the sale that Roachs wanted to build 4plexes on this property, in violation of the zoning laws? If so this would be  a conflict of interest, and may present legal issues in the future.

And just exactly why was DesRosier Drive donated to the City of Little Falls, just months before the street improvement 373 was staff initiated? Is it true, that Greg Kimman discovered that Jerry Lochner had authorized the illegal use of city owned equipment to snowblow, streetsweep and maintain DesRosier Drive while it was a private road? I still don't have an answer how many public tax dollars were spent, performing this special privilege for Mike Corrow and Jerry Thomas(the former owners of DesRosier Drive, and developers of Riverwood area neighborhoods and homes).    ■■■ Taxpayers have a right to know.■■■ I contacted the State Auditor to file a grievance about this.  This too, was illegal and should not go unnoticed.  Corrow and Thomas have a responsibility to pay back every cent.  Why should they get a special privilege that violated the city policy that states, no city equipment is allowed to be used on private property.  Maybe Dan Vogt current city administrator wants to explain this mess.  He is the one, who helped create this policy and recommended it to the council, and they adopted it.


 No wonder Councilor Loren Boyum says this "smells funny" to him, and he has consistently voted against this development and the street improvement 373. What does he know, that we don't?

In a small town, who believes Kasella, Kimman, Ben Oleson and Jerry Lochner didn't know about this, long ago?   Jerry Lochner has been grooming Greg Kimman for years for his newly appointed position. He took t Jerry Lochners position when he retired recently.

I wonder how much money has been exchanged underneath the table.  I wonder if misconduct, malfeasance or misfeasance has been commited.  I wonder if anyone will be prosecuted eventually.  I can't wait for depositions.  Under oath, if anyone lies, they commit perjury.

Those of you who are reading this, will want to know that the city of Little Falls established the Sister City Committee and gave away TENS OF THOUSANDS OF YOUR PUBLIC MONEY for a non public purpose, in direct violation of the state auditors rule.   This is why the city council just last year, voted to delete this committee, 2 years after I complained that this was illegal.

Recently the Golf Advisory Board was deleted.  Why?  Because the publicly owned City of Little Falls Golf Course(an ordinance), was in violation of this ordinance for over 27 years. Their law stated they had to meet  once per month, which they NEVER DID.  The reason for this ordinance, was to oversee public funds.  What a sham.

Then let's not forget that this city had an unconstitutional sign ordinance and did not enforce it uniformly. This is what led to my free speech lawsuit.  They violated my right to free speech.  They also illegally denied my advertising bench request.  As part of my settlement, I got to have that bench that is now on the west side of city hall.

Lets not forget I was illegally arrested by the LFPD for sitting in a chair, in the same spot the mayors hubby and his mother and 5 others sat in, at a meeting just 4 days prior. My appeal will be later this fall.  I did not commit disorderly conduct. I was exercising my  equal rights and free speech.

I wonder how many other lawsuits will be forthcoming.

Roach Development public hearing reapplication of conditional use 7-13-15 planning commission meeting Little Falls Minnesota

Part 2 of 2 public hearing.  Am currently having trouble uploading the first part.   Stay tuned for that.  Pay close attention to the discussion at the end of the meeting between Councilman Frank Gosiak, Ben Oleson zoning administrator and Greg Kimman public works director.  Listen as they allow plenty of others to speak, but treat me very disrespectfully.  They have been doing this since February 2012. Totally unacceptable and a terrible reflection on your city.  How many times will your city be sued because council breaks the law and thinks nothing of it?   Time will tell.   City is on the edge of the cliff once again. And my appeal hasn't even been heard by the Minnesota Court of Appeals yet.  When they vindicate me, and they will, your public officials will look like the clowns they are.  My appeal will be happening sometime this fall.  More to come on that later.

PRELUDE TO THE NEXT LAWSUIT

As you can see your city staff and elected clowns have once again operated OUTSIDE the law.  Your city is about to be sued again. Bruce Smiths attorney made it clear at the public hearing on Monday July 13, 2015....she has been retained for LITIGATION, if needed.  Lawyer LuAnn Petricka of Petricka Law, said she hoped litigation could be avoided, but that she would stand behind her demands, that the city abide by ALL laws. She passed copies of these documents to all the planning commission members present at Mondays public hearing before she spoke.  She was kind enough to give me one after she left the chamber.  See now for yourself.  My suggestion is that ALL local residents call their elected representatives NOW, before they vote on this at the council meeting on Monday July 20.  If you aren't willing to call both your ward representatives, alderman Brad Hircock who represents everyone, AND Mayor Greg Zylka, then don't gripe when your city is embroiled in another EXPENSIVE lawsuit. I suggest also that EVERYONE show up at city hall on Monday night at 6pm for the work session and stay for council meeting that starts at 7:30pm. Council will likely discuss the Roach development reapplication at the work session.  You need to hear the discussion. As past council president Don Klinker stated: "anyone can speak during the work session."

Lets not forget that an alley between one of the Roach properties off Lindbergh Drive South, was never properly vacated....they were supposed to do this, according to their own law.  Therefore, Roachs CANNOT move forward on any more permits, until that alley is properly vacated.  This is also in the zoning regulations.

Lets not forget, that Little Falls council did not pass  due process legal protections for residents, until fall of 2014. Why this is important, is that countless property owners were billed for snowshoveling and weeding/lawnmowing, without a mechanism for people to be heard by a appeal judge. City violated many property owners due process over decades. This matters.  

This city has operated lawlessly for countless reasons, over decades. This also matters.

What your city staff and elected representatives have failed to do by not performing the floodplain mandated updates has ENDANGERED ALL RESIDENTS.  THIS IS REALLY EGREGIOUS.  This may be misconduct, misfeasance or malfeasance.   The Roach proposed homes, do not even have basements.  They are going to get flooded out, and Roaches and your city officials(if you can call them that) don't even care.

What a bunch of stinkin clowns.  Little Falls gets what it deserves.  Remember this when the next election rolls around folks.  Like I have said repeatedly....only some faces have changed.   Same $hi* different day.

LFPD police dispatcher/city employee still in violation

As you can see, Barthel flag complaint is STILL under review, but the Great River Inn sign complaint is DOCUMENTED/AWAITING COMPLIANCE.  Today I drove by Great River Inn, and they ARE in compliance.  They believe in following the law.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: notice Robin Hensels property has been found to be  IN COMPLIANCE!!(above staff report, bottom item).  So whoever the people are, that keep complaining about my mailboxes and any signs, flags, electronic signs attached or inside my vehicles, better study the ordinance and quit wasting staff time.

If you are going to complain about a potential violation, better know what you are talking about.  Don't you think?

Drones(Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) to fly on new Little Falls airport runway.

According to the Little Falls/Morrison County Airport Commission minutes of May 21st, 2015, "Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, Kimman and Olson informed the board that the FAA has approved an application for UAVs out of LXL.

At the airport meeting today 7-16-15,  Greg Kimman public works director, said the FAA drone waiver was a one time event. Tom Olson, airport employee was kind enough to give me a copy of the letter above.

The removal of my comment to tmac(is that Tom West by chance), clearly shows bias and protection of some individuals.  Shame on the official newspaper of the City of  Little Falls, Mn. Notice that there is no date of original application.  This voids this entire application.  I believe the correct date that the council rejected this proposal was April 20, 2015.  Did they leave the correct date out on purpose?

Notice there are 2 entrances onto DesRosier Drive. This invalidates their request for conditional use, as they can only have one road entering DesRosier Drive, since the council voted against the West end DesRosier Drive street improvements.
