Part 2 of 2  I believe this version of the sign ordinance is also unconstitutional.  The city of Little Falls has NEVER HAD A CONSTITUTIONAL SIGN ORDINANCE.....and just as bad....it has NEVER BEEN ENFORCED UNIFORMLY OR CORRECTLY.
