HOW MANY LAWSUITS will it take?

I want to know how many lawsuits against the City of Little Faals will it take, BEFORE citizens realize council clowns continue to exercise UNFETTERED DISCRETION,  misapply laws, selectively enforce ordinances, enact unconstitutional sign ordinances/amendments, skirt/subvert/ massage laws/rules......showing blatant favoritism to some people and THEIR popular viewpoint/speech?  Just how many. City is hellbent on paving a perfect freeway for another legal challenge, even after they have been repeatedly warned. Costs have not been high enough yet I guess.
