Marnie Perfetti opened Jouney Home in May 2021, then was booked into jail for DWI, in July 2021. Plus she was arrested for second degree DWI in March of  2019. Shows a pattern of criminal drunken driving. And she's running a sober house for women. How Morrison County-like is that?
