Does Debra Bultnick/Barret Petfoods have a connection to cherry picking for EDA taxpayer welfare?
Barret Petfoods DOES SMELL. ☆☆Debra Bultnick ☆☆ PROOF HERE. Opportunity thieves all.
I bet the entire east end of town is gonna stink, when the plant is operational. Betcha.
Remember the mayor said when be ws there on a 90 degree day there wasn't much odor. Who do you believe?
If you don't want your town to stink(more than it already does), get to the public hearing on December 17th at 7:30pm and use your 2 minutes of speech twice, to oppose this. Or send your letter to city hall well in advance of the meeting. Letters for and against, must be read and entered into the minutes. 320-616-5500
Sure looks to me like Barret Petfoods Innovation was a cherry picked project. I wonder who's pulling the strings? I have a clue which couple has been guiding them. More on this soon.
Course it doesn't hurt to have the mayor Greg Zylka, president of Economic Develoment Association.....nominate his "yes man" Jeremy Hanfler (rejected by voters and ousted during the Nov.6th election)......to the EDA board who wants to give out THOUSANDS of taxpayer funded welfare grant money to Barret.... and even a TIF district.(tax increment finance district).
And I want to know how come the school board members did not know about the land swap between the school, city and soon to be sold to Barret.....all so that the school district can get out of paying their assessments on the 52 acre parcel they own, in the Hole in the Day industrial park?
Show up for the public hearing for the TIF district on December 17th. Watch the paper McRecord for time.
It'$ YOUR MONEY PEOPLE. Not theirs to squandor unless you let em.
Does Debra Bultnick have anything to do with Barret Petfoods being cherry picked?

Sarah Okroi sounds off about my free speech 6-28-18
Notice the date on Sarah's post above....June 28.....that's the date of the unconstitutional Chalk the Walk event. I don't think Sarah believes in free speech, by telling others how to use theirs. Speech that accurately criticizes governmental wrongdoing, is one of the most important and IS the MOST protected type of speech. Without dissenters, we would have a completely different nation. It is the wavemakers, those who rock the boat, who made this country what it is today.
What Sarah really should have stated was the "content of my speech" bothers her. My antiwar message chalked on the sidewalk, did not bully anyone. I simply highlighted the truth about our dirty/illegal/immoral/un-Christian wars/invasion/occupations, and Camp Ripley soldiers roles in them, as well as expose Little Falls councils repeated violations of the highest law in our land.
See video below.
Jaden, the girl below, was a contestant and chalked in front of the bicycle shop.
Little Falls, Mn or Fort Lauderdale, Fla.... LAWLESS COUNCIL award competitors.
https://returntonow.net/2018/08/28/federal-court-upholds-constitutional-right-to-feed-the-homeless-in-fort-lauderdale/
This city has leaders and attorneys who should be court ordered back to grade school, just like Little Falls, Mn.
Arresting these folks for feeding the poor is an obvious abuse of power.
Not much different than Little Falls council, former attorney Toni Wetzel, and League of Minnesotas top dog attorney Paul Reuvers, decision to arrest me for sitting in a chair June 7, 2013.
Remember....with a lawless council, city staff and attorneys, these thoughtless cities will continue to be sued.
It's YOUR money.$$$$$
This election, the only smart voters in town were on the west side. Collectively they ousted ONE of the worst rebels, Jeremy Hanfler. That left 2 in place (mayor Greg Zylka and alderman Brad Hircock), who voted once this year in VIOLATION OF THE CONSTITUTION. Council, including both of them voted UNANIMOUSLY to pass the ,"Chalk the Walk" event coordinated by Kris Von Berge CVB, and Jill Moore former head of Great River Arts Association.
City recently rewrote it's sidewalk ordinanance 7.14, only because a warning letter was sent to them by the Mn ACLU stating, they needed to change their policies to align with the First Amendment .
If enough of you(500 or more), had the moral courage, the entire council as(except for newcomer James Storlie who beat out Hanfler), could be recalled for misfeasance/nonfeasance.
But most of you seem content to rely on dishonest, unpatriotic, unAmerican leaders who continue to disgrace and harm this area.

Little Falls, Mn sign ordinance EXCEPTIONS?? ☆UPDATED☆ City's latest plan to show favoritism.
If this city passes any of these ideas they are likely to hit legal quicksand, costing taxpayers millions again.
I betcha there will be suggested recommendations on sign ordinance MANIPULATIONS, from the planning commission in the next council packet. BETCHA....note☆☆☆ I have been told by city engineer Greg Kimman that the planning commission decided to not move forward with sign ordinance changes. As you know, I always scour the council packet....the next one this Friday will be no exception. I suggest every one of you do the same.
Word to the wise......this city would be smart to eliminate the sign ordinance competely, before it's too late and there is another legal challenge.
Little Falls, Mn this is how Susy Prosapio opportunity hoards. Carol Anderson is responsible ☆
Anybody who can't make it in businesss without taxpayer welfare handouts, should work for someone who can.
If there are going to be exceptions to this, they need to be below the poverty line, IN ORDER TO QUALIFY.
Imagine Susy at the head of the line for food stamps at Morrison County Social Service?
There'$ NO DIFFERENCE.

Camp Ripley soldiers, Trumps deployment to the Mexico border is ILLEGAL, Veterans for Peace
Monday, November 19, 2018
Little Falls, Mn administrator Jon Radermacher has no ethics.
Truth is the city has no consequences if they don't follow the rules. The only ones who have to obey the laws are you and I. This is nuts. The legislators like Ron Kresha and Paul Gazelka, don't want cities to have consequences when THEY break the law. That's why lawsuits are an important tool to force city compliance.
Shame on Radermacher and the LAWLESS COUNCIL. Time for another letter to editor exposing even more. Coming soon.

Little Falls Mn, large scale street and sidewalk events ordinance 6.28 unconstitutional???
I dare you to research this ordinance to find the parts not likely to pass strict scrutiny. Forwarded today to all city councilors, administrator and public works director. Time they shape up. Don't ya think???https://www.sterlingcodifiers.com/codebook/m_index.php?book_id=840
Little Falls, Mn, Show License ordinance 6.21
Now without any help....see if you can find the part that makes this ordinance UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
SHAME ON OUR MAYOR, COUNCIL, CITY ADMINISTRATOR and attorney(Flaherty and Hood) for not knowing, or beligerently not deleting this. I forwarded this today to all of them.
Likely, it will take another legal groups warning letter to help them see their error, and whip them into shape.
What ding dongs run this city.
And voters keep allwowing it. Even more ding dong like.
Fools.
Feel free to leave a comment if you think you found the unconstitutional language. Leave your name....I do not post anonymous comments for cowards.

Little Falls, Mn Advertising Bench ordinance LIKELY unconstitutional. Jeff Waldvogel, Jon Radermacher, Toni Wetzel, Greg Zylka,
This too, is shameful. Truth is, there has never been a city attorney or council/mayor, here, worth their salt. They are all paid with your taxpayer $$$, and not one of them stopped a myriad of unconstitutional ordinances from passing. THEY are the cause of LAWSUITS......NOT ME. Judge Toni(Antoinette)Wetzel, was acting city attorney in 2012 when this was rewritten because of my lawsuit. City was told their sign and bench ordinance were unconstitutional. Imagine an attorney/judge this stupid. Council wrongfully voted against my constitutional right to have a bench on city hall property in one of 2 places.....(ruling by Judge Kyle). Why? Bias...viewpoint discretion, which is illegal. It's the same old story...the council doesn't like the content of my speech so they react like 3rd graders. They ALL need to be sent back to gradeschool.
I am the only one not being paid. I am the only one not mocking our Constitution.
The council chamber should be full to capacity by now, at every single work session and council meeting.
Your next chance is Monday November 19th at 6:30.
Show up.
I'm not letting up. Promise.
Election influencing ??? Letter to state elections department. City of Little Falls, Wendy Zylka, Greg Zylka, Susy Prosapio, Jon Radermacher, Lori Kasella
My letter of concern was also copied to the Morrison County Records reporter Tyler Jensen, Terry Lehrke editor, Matt McKinney Star Tribune, Matt Erickson editor of Brainerd Dispatch, Greg Zylka, Wendy Zylka, Lori Kasella(Finance director Little Falls), Jon Radermacher city administrator, Greg Kimman(public works director/city engineer, Alderman Brad Hircock, and all councilors. Lori Kasella is the former co-city administrator and knows better.
The Morrison County Record is the official contracted city/county newspaper, and has a duty to report on this. McRecord is given around 20 THOUSAND $$$ OF CITY TAXPAYER FUNDED BUSINESS WELFARE, and around 20K of taxpayer welfare funds by the county. So they are linked by $$$.
As they say.....follow the money.
