Recall may be unconstitutional so why is it in Little Falls Charter? Toni Wetzel does not understand the Constitution or obey it.

Another big stain on the city of Little Falls for allowing recalls in our city charter, when the League of Minnesota Cities handbook says they may be unconstitutional? Shame on Peter Vogel too.....the city atty prior to Toni Wetzel. Both have NO BUSINESS contracting to represent Little Falls. Taxpayers are paying a high price for their stupid mistakes. And it's only beginning.  How many more times will the city staff/mayor/council blunder?

So check this out.....city is going to divert YOUR TAX DOLLARS intended for the purchase of future CITY EQUIPMENT.....to the REDEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FUND.....so they can line the pockets of their opportunity hoarding/thieving friends.....like for instance Susy Prosapio, who was Mayor Greg Zylka's campaign manager during the 2014 mayoral election. 

After he gets elected, he lines the city committees with his friends and opportunity hoarding camrades, including PUTTING SUSY PROSAPIO ON THE HPC committee.   

She proceeds to acquire EDA and HPC funds/grants(all taxpayer money) for her ''FOR PROFIT BUSINESS ''SHOPPES OF LITTLE FALLS''

Now she is asking for 96K in taxpayer subsidy handouts to finance the purchase of another "for profit business'', the Purple Carrot Market.

Interesting that the official city newspaper states that " purchased the Victor Mall building from co-op owners Michael and Pamela Cramer."

So is this an "after the fact" request for loan funds from the Redevelopment Fund?

I wonder if the city will access "water funds" in order to pay for the needed city equipment in the future?  

See who is next in line with her hand out?    The Great River Arts Association's Jill Moore, of course.   Another opportunity hoarder sucking up taxpayer handouts to subsidize her employment. She is the CEO of the GRAA.  This money will be on top of the monthly gift the city gives to them of almost 7K EVERY MONTH, from the illegally garnered Franchise and Peg Fees collected from all Spectrum/New Charter customers. (there is no Franchise Agreement with the city of Little Falls, Mn. so how could Charter collect Franchise fees legally?)

I wonder which of their friends/opportunity hoarder,  wants to build a hotel here?  Time will tell.

Jason (Jay) Spillum resigns from the city Cable Review Board presidency position.

Can you figure out why?   I can.  Last month, long time member Norman Sandquist resigned.  No coincidence.   They don't want to follow their requirement to oversee GRA TV policies and procedures, and the operation of the public access television.   Shame on both of them.   Who is next?   The remaining members are Al Sandquist and Thor Lindquist.   The only other member is a requirement of the Cable Review Board, and that is that they have  a council member on the board.  That is currently Leif Hanson, because former councilor Loren Boyum resigned BEFORE he was not re-elected.  You will be hearing a lot more on this in the very near future.  It ain't over yet. City is still violating Minnesota State Statute 238 which requires cable operators within a municipality to have a Franchise Agreement.   Little Falls has not had a Franchise Agreement with Spectrum/New Charter since May 2015 when it expired.   Shame on the city, it's leaders, attorneys, staff and customers for not demanding this be rectified.

St. Gabriels CHI is NOT a good neighbor. 12-21-17 Shame on Lee Boyles CEO.

At about this same time every year, I have to inform the city that St. Gabriels Hospital(Catholic Health Initiatives) is in violation of their legal agreement with the city that requires a fence be installed bordering their parking lot. The fence is required to be 6 feet high. This fence/hedge was installed more than 10 years ago, and because of yearly snow being piled up on top of it, and summer illegal trimming of it, it is only about 4ft tall. These pictures were taken yesterday 12-20-17 and have been sent to the city and the news media this time, to call attention to their lawbreaking.

The hospital claims to be a good neighbor, but they are not.

Anybody else doing this, would likely have been issued a citation years ago.

And this is just one area they have not been compliant with city laws.

Lee Boyles is the hospital CEO. Shame on him.

Look....they are in grievous violation of their own mission statement....look at integrity, compassion and excellence carefully.

Are the lawyers for League of Minnesota cities giving advice that will lead to lawsuits, to line their own pockets?

I believe, and so do many people who have spoken with me lately, that the lawyers that advise cities/counties/townships may be giving poor advice that they know will lead to lawsuits.  This way, they line their own pockets.  Take my case for example....Paul Reuvers representing LMC for my free speech lawsuit likely pocketed over 200K, besides another 200K+ for my illegal arrest/conviction/and vacating the charge decision by the Minnesota Supreme Court Sept. 7, 2017.  That does not include Little Falls City Attorney Antoinette Wetzel's fees, Brian Middendorf's county attorney office fees, court costs, jury costs, city administrator costs and more.

What a RACKET!!!!

Is anyone else suspicioning that city and LMC lawyers are conspiring to give bad advice, to keep the lawsuits flowing?  I am, and have for a long time now, but it is getting much more obvious lately.
