Little Elk River after a,significant rainfall 10-29-15

Secchi measurement today was 22...more particles in water and murkier. Water level in river much higher...no algae on surface anymore...likely hiding under higher water or floated downstream.

This is what I see looking down into the secchi tube.

Tea colored water..lots of particles...more than the other 3 weeks of readings.

This is the east side of Dove Road bridge close to Randall, Mn. Little Elk River runs through Clearwater Kennel, the largest puppy mill in Minnesota and one of the nations largest as well. Owned by Wanda Kretzman(Morrison Countys own CRUELLA) and her corporate partners. (Likely... Gary McDuffee and sons Jason and Ryan).

All pictures taken 10-30-15. My fingers were freezing. Last reading of the year. Will resume spring of 2016, when MPCA will be monitoring entire watershed for toxins, fecal choliform, phosphorus, nitrates, sediment and more. Stay tuned. MPCA sure could use some more citizen stream monitors. Please consider volunteering.

NO I was NOT paid off by Jim Hilmerson

Yesterday 10-29-15, I heard that some local people are spreading falsities again. I did NOT and will not be receiving ANY money from Jim Hilmerson!! A reliable source said they heard Hilmerson paid me off with $20K. Nothing could be further from the truth. I can't be bought.......by anyone. These liars will likely regret their rumors eventually. Justice usually reigns in the end. And talk gets back to me.

What happened was, Jim committed a crime against me, by ripping the signs off my van, stole them, admitted it and was not charged for the crime. I deserved at least a public apology. So he wrote one, and that accomplished some sense of restorative justice.

Gary McDuffees puppy mill dog ready for Halloween and Main Gate breaks the law AGAIN.

The hell hole Cricket escaped from. Clearwater Kennel...Morrison Countys own dog penetentiary. Run by GREEDER$ Wanda Kretzman, Gary McDuffee and their sons.(it'$ a corporation)

Is that white van loading puppies to be hauled hundreds of miles to a broker or pet store? Corn is down so you can get a better look at this creeeeeepy place.

I wonder who will be trick or treating on Halloween.

The 2 banners tied to the trees are in almost the same identical spots they were earlier this year when they were told by Rich Munsch from MnDot, multiple times to remove them....and he finally had to remove them. Main Gate Bar and Grille is owned by the McDuffee family, including Jason,Ryan, Gary and Wanda Kretzman. They have NO respect for the law.

Pictures taken 10-29-15. The electric poles are on road right of way. You can clearly see the 2 banners off in the distance that are tied to trees are in the road right of way illegally. This is the THIRD TIME THIS YEAR, they have violated MNDOT law.

ODDEST thing ever.Why did somebody want ME to find this?

Today, 10-27-15, as I was leaving to film 2 epic shows, with Retired NYC detective Jim Rothstein, on Can We Talk, (Theresa Skorseth and my public access tv show), I found this note on cardboard, lying on top of my recycle bin in my back alley.

I have no idea why they wanted me to find and read this. Let me know if you do.

League of Minnesota Cities are just as much a bunch of clowns, as are Little Falls city council, mayor, city attorney, Morrison County Govmint staff and elected officials, County attorney, and law enforcement. It's really not hard to see what's going on here. Unpopular speech has been suppressed in every way imaginable for the last 5 years, by every stinking power broker available. NOT UNLIKE at the national level. The power brokers abuse of power, ARE WHAT'$ staining this area....NOT me telling on them OR exercising my free speech and demanding equal rights!!!! Never forget, our govmint officials and crooked justice system, imprisoned John Kiriakou for exposing the torture program and telling the truth. General Petraeus who DID leak classified info to his mistress, got a slap on the wrist, no jail time, and still advises our govmint. They also locked up Jeffrey Sterling (currently imprisoned at Littleton Colorado penitentiary, for speaking truth....I believe he is innocent. How many more courageous whistleblowers will be jailed or demonized? Wake up sheeple.....wake up. Look at what they did to Chelsea Manning, Edward Snowden and Julian Assange....and the list goes on and on. I am ashamed at how low our govmint has stooped to suppress truth.

I will be writing a lot more about my upcoming November appeal at the Minnesota Court of Appeals, after their decision, sometime this winter.
